PAUL, at what price would they spin Countrywide off at? The spin off would have to go through bankruptcy first.

Not really a spin, they would just put it ch 11, to get rid of the liabilities, if they got to big for them to absorb.

bottom line, BofA would not have to eat all the liabilities
