I think part of what we're seeing is the fact that approval was mostly already reflected in the stock price. Prior to today, market cap was about $100 million. If folks WEREN'T assuming approval, market cap would have been closer to $2 million. In other words, perhaps there was a lot of downside potential if approval had not been recommended, but not so much upside potential if it was, since most investors already felt strongly that it would be.

I agree that it may take a splashy marketing deal announcement to help move the price up further. I am confident that announcement will come, and sooner rather than later. Others, apparently, are not so confident. It seems VERY odd to me that there a lot of sellers at about 3 today. I do not believe that those sellers know more about this situation than me or you or most of the well-informed people on this board.
