NEW YORK, Apr 26, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Track Data Corporation (Nasdaq NMS:
TRAC) announced that due to the observance of the Passover holiday, the CEO chat
that would normally take place Thursday, April 27th, is being rescheduled for
Tuesday, May 2nd, at 4:15 p.m. EST. Members can participate in the chat by using
the chat feature (channel 4) of the myTrack online trading service.

Non-members can view the chat by going to the web site mytrack.com
and clicking on the "Live Chat" link in the left-hand navigation bar. Those
