Interesting product but probably not what you'd consider a major product group. It's good to see IDT is getting some volume expoerience in low cost multi-chip module manufacturing. This could prove to be valuable if the C6, graphics chip or other products move toward slot 1 or other type modules. Part of the formula for reaching higher performance in future generations of products is to cram ICs as closely together as posible on higher electrical performance substrates. Millimeters look like miles when it comes to high speed electronic circuits. The multi-chip modules used in these new products are obvious examples of this capability.
