The one thing I've learned in life,Gov't agencies w/3 letter acronyms are both bought and useless.... On this side of the pond, SEC, CFTC,etc.etc. yes we are all Athenians Self regulation and bought for regulation doesn't work. Somewhere, someday, maybe we get justice. As of now it doesn't look likely.
