if they can ringfence is what i meant..but you have a point. threat is sometimes much better than actually carrying something out... but countrywide is what needs to be taken care of...they might not doa chap 11, but if they do, i doubt anyone will lose confidence in them...instead it will be a positive. they are already trading below cash and BV...
