Now a question for you: Does Bill Gate and his legal team think that they have a chance to win or get a better deal by pro.longing this fight? I read MSFT's proposal to Judge Jackson in IHT today. It is a weak offer and I doubt if the Judge will heed! MSFT legal team are not so naive to beleive that their offer will be accepted. Then they must be preparing for the next round!
