Or, you could say, Bush was forced to table his plan to invade Iraq until he put forward a token failure of an effort to capture or kill bin Laden in Afghanistan, quickly switching to Iraq to take advantage of the American anger against the terrorists to sell his real goal securing the Iraqi oil, and correcting his Poppy's blunder, even though Iraq had no real connection to terrorism and was no threat. Bin Laden sits in N. W. Pakistan today, unmolested, the true architect of 9/11. Bush preemptively violated Iraqi, why is Pakistan so special?
What happened to "smoking him out of his cave", "hunting him down dead or alive"? I guess we'll have to wait for Kerry to do it..
