karl, the reason i said that is i think gtw won't ever please the street for a long time. all pc growth is in sub $1k boxes. gtw's market is collapsing - hence, three straight disappointments.

otherwise, we agree. just not on the company ;-)

wait refused to sell for $40 to cpq. he will not sell for anything less a few months later. nobody will pay $40 for a breakeven outfit.

a buyout is a pipe dream, imho.
