This is what I notice in the nasdaq.bb (this is also my first experience see a bb stock)

The first 45 mins of trading was just like normal nasdaq.otc after hitting all the bid, 7/8(bid) 31/32(ask) it goes to the next lower bid
say 27/32(bid) 15/16(ask).. Lombard intraday graph was consistent during that time.

After that, bid and ask are unrealistic. Sometimes it flash
0.25 - 0.75, 0.16 - .625. then, a transaction is executed @5/8
with 5,000 shares and the same process is repeated. Sometimes the bid and ask has ZERO volume. It is really strange.

The one that Zorro gave quote for DLJ direct is more accurate and its intraday. There was a transaction at the middle of the day at
15/16 - 31/32.
