K Tran: I don't think Greenspan would say anything that would indicate interest rates will go up. The media has done a wonderful job at indicating how the markets have all just crashed for fears that earnings were down and for fear that interest rates would be up. Greenspan, IMHO, will likely just say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" and preach the vitues of the current set up. No rate hikes IMHO.
