Bob: I am sure Ron will answer to you separately, but from the publicly available data, GRNO has enough cash on hand to build 2 units. If they build and deliver these two untis, the payment they will receive will suffice to build an additional 3 units and pay a good chunk of overhead for the full year and so on. I am afraid I have no answer on the regulatory issue, except to state that it is a non issue in most of GRNO overseas market, and it is a state by state affair in our domestic markets. Zeev
