Bob, Still working on it. Looks like only one insider sold, maybe a small holder also cashed out. Ed Scott Jr., EVP of worldwide field operations sold 260,000 shares at $18.47 in late December. Looks like he still has north of one million shares. Several other insiders have exercised options to buy stock or possibly bought on the open market since December 1, 1997. The info I have lists only one sale by insiders going back to April 1997. Personally, I am very curious about the VC's (Warburg, Pincus) plans as far as an exit strategy. I have heard that they have no imminent plans to sell. What have they publicly stated? Anybody have any thoughts on this one? The clueless wonder, NotNeiderhoffer
