JB, it was just a guy who helped the company before the IPO. The company terminated him at IPO as stated in the IPO filing. He was convicted of some kind of bankruptcy fraud with his own business. Big deal. If he can get the job done right, I would hire him too. What matters now is if the company business model is valid and it is. This company has proven that the only way to stay profitable as a travel company is to have sales agents assisting the customers during the transaction because:

1) the company can earn more commission, 15% vs 5% in this case. This is due to restrictions by airlines.
2) the company can quote the lowest fare. This is also due to the airlines.
3) live agent helps close a sale, especially with expensive vacation package. For instance, would you buy an expensive cruise trip on the internet without asking questions?

Max90/Booger is a guy with a hate against the company simply because he lost money in the stock in the past and he also told his family to buy the shares at a high price. Auric and A@P are shorts. These guys will do anything to spread lies and innuendos. If this company is a scam, it would have signed some quick portal deals to get the stock price up quickly. It would not go to the trouble of creating an interactive web site with live agents to run it. It would not hire hundreds of employees in the last few months either. With internet mania at its peak, scam companies only need to sign some portal deals with very little benefits to the company long term and get the stock price up while the insiders sell. This company did none of the above.
