Q3 Numbers look to be:

• Revenues $319.15 M
• Revenue Growth 131% y/y & 30% sequential from Q2
• Gross Margin 57.9% (met the guided expectations)
• Net Margin 24.8%
• Cash King Margin NA
• Cash/Debt 241
• Foolish Flow Ratio 1.44

Total Cash $480M

Net margin continues to improve as does the Foolish Flow Ratio. The flow is not yet Rule Maker material, but the trend has certainly been in the right direction over the past two years. Gross margins have hovered around the 57 - 58% range this year as Broadcom continues to be aggressive in grabbing market share. I know cash king margin was around 12.73% in Q1. I will be interested to see how that has improved once the SEC filing is completed.

The growth on a sequential quarterly basis over the past 5 quarters has resumed a nice trend:

Q2 1999 to Q3 1999 = 15.8%
Q3 1999 to Q4 1999 = 16%
Q4 1999 to Q1 2000 = 19%
Q1 2000 to Q2 2000 = 28%
Q2 2000 to Q3 2000 = 30%
