Kerry has been under fire in recent days for his shifting stands on Cuba -- including his assertion in Florida recently that he backed a 1996 law to stiffen sanctions on the communist island even though he actually voted against it on final passage.

And where can you find this flip-flop? In a Miami Herald article that the Kerry campaign saw fit to post on Kerry's own Web site. Via Jim Miller, who says <font color=blue>"I can't imagine why his team put this article on the site."<font color=black> Me, neither. Kerry's whole campaign seems tone deaf.
