Russ, regarding Treasury Direct, I can't seem to figure out how to open a new style Treasury Direct account as a joint account with my wife. Is that just not offered? We have a legacy account, but I would like to have access to the 4 week bills and I can't find the page to apply as a joint account. Thanks in advance if you can point me in the right direction.
