Gerard, in about 8-10 years the leading edge baby boomers start to retire. That does not necessarily mean that there will be a net reduction in money going into 401K accounts because there are enough non-baby boomers to pick up the slack. Eventually, however, what you are saying is correct, and it accelerates as time progresses. I still think we're probably ok for 15 years or so.
