John, I know it had declined in the past, but I felt a lot of that was due to being behind Hitachi in performance. With the G5 that gap was eliminated and I sure hoped the discounting would improve. Evidently not, or as Arrow said (thanks for the response BTW), maybe we're giving away some of my variable pay to the services guys <GG>. Looks like I better put that order for the new Lexus on hold till we get the official numbers. Just kind of shocking though because we (server group) were ahead of plan after 3Q and everyone was the most optimistic I had seen since 1990. We're actually hiring people again instead of the layoffs we had been going through annually. GWD
