It is not easy to buy at the bottom.

Sounds like the middle two weeks of April, tax selling and earnings reports and conferences, will make explicit the dire straits that tech is in and show us how the market reacts.

As I suggested earlier, my price targets are looking more likely, but the stomach to buy is fading.

I have GTC orders in, so I will sit in a catatonic state and let the computer execute my orders.

If I get all my orders, it will be a first. In '98, I fully committed my capital before the bottom, but my stock selection was less restrictive. In '96, semi-equips didn't reach my lowest levels.
