Greenspan rarely puts anything succinctly. He'll give a deluge of information, cite tons of statistics and theories. But you are correct, he won't say anything to spook the market. The information he'll give will be to keep the status quo, and let everyone hear what they want to hear, or not hear what they didn't want to hear. He'll say some things to make everyone happy and somethings to make many unhappy. He'll walk the fine line he has walked in the past, and he'll do magnificently.
