If I were Cliffs, I would not announce a buy back unless the share price keeps going south towards book value. If they announced a buy back now, it might cause the price to run back up to 25-30 and they would have to pay a lot more for the shares. I am sure if CDG goes down to let's say 16 to 19 and stays there for a long time , they probably would buy back shares. Why don't you call Cliffs and inquire about a share buy back if the stock price remains depressed.

The price of CDG and TDW are just a sick joke at this point in time.
We may just get some upgrades based solely on the price of the stock and not on the price of oil.
