Yes, but if you have applied that intelligence, then it's your intellectual property to do with as you wish.

I'm back with my old ISP - pacbell.net - as shown in my profile.
I used ATT as an ISP for one day only. Also downloaded the pacbell.net software using ATT. ATT had busy signals twice in one
day. They have only one POP (point of presence) in my area, whereas
pacbell has three. Also, ATT kicks you off if there's no activity for
about 20 minutes. Typing a response counts as no activity.
