Jeffrey, I agree with you totally.
In my case the reason #7 is 8,000 shares.
and reason #11, we've been waiting so long for RAYS back to tens level. Base on all the actions happened in the last few months I do believe that RAYS will shine tomorrow. It's proved to me I'm right in case of BAY, handsomely returns (in at 19, now 36, and still holding)
