Down 5/8 on 11,000 shares. Not exactly widely held. Not the most liquid deal I've seen either.

I won't touch it because:

1. As Chuck mentioned, the business technically doesn't exist until April 30th.

2. They didn't forward-split their shell enough. Five bucks is a lot to pay for thin air -- at least GGNC started at $0.08. Remember that for the next shell, guys.

3. I can't read the DD material I've managed to print out, because my friggin' wind tunnel keeps blowing the papers outta my hands.
