Not really John they where hoping for a marketwatch like stock rise and it didn't happen. One reason is the total shares outstanding wasn't as much. I guess Waterhouse or TD thought people or (retarded) investor would pay anything for this stock. I was pissed when I was turned down but after getting all the facts I am glad I didn't get this stock. I bought dell at 37 5/32 today instead and made money today. Thats all it matters.
