I am a happy part owner of ALYD yesterday at 15 1/8. I search Edgar
for info of this company but it seems now that Edgar requires a registration
to use the service.

Could someone on this board tell me how many shares outstanding and
float does this company have? What is the earnings/loss from last
quarters? Sorry if this info was posted already in the past.

I invest in ALYD on the basis of the major contracts they just signed up.
