According to their Annual Report, Tricord anticipated the revenue decrease, as the company shifts its strategy from sales of enterprise servers to distributed data access and management products. Tricord also believes they have the resources to bring the new products to market "in 1997." So far, everything looks as they predicted. The Annual Meeting is on May 21, 1997. I really don't think the price will stay as low as it has for much longer. There's only 13.4 million shares outstanding.
