MIKE-- As I hope and believe the earnings will be good I am also unsure where they will be. I do not think anyone is sure. I DO believe the price has adjusted for the lawyers take. A portion may be on earnings jitters but the recent drop IMO is Nervous Nellies bailing at the mention of the word lawyers. This situation is not new and in most cases not long lasting. Either a quick settlement or the news becomes old and no longer a predominant thought on the investment--- usually a real short term efect on the stock price as in this type of case all SUNW can lose is lawyers fees--- and some of those are retainers or in house employees just earning their $$ for a change. If the price drops much more I sell the dog and kids to buy more! JOHN
