Question for those of you on technical side.... how serious a threat might Real-Time Linux pose to VxWorks in non-mission critical applications like some embedded internet devices. Linux has been growing and evolving in leaps and bounds and is now perhaps the main threat to Windoze. Most CS grads and many engineers have years of Unix behind them in school. Especially in small companies and startups money is often tight.

What are the thoughts?
