Bullish percentage index saying that we are still in a down trend. stockcharts.com Although a bottom may be in place [ I doubt it ] the indicator above is saying the up trend has not been confirmed and we are still in the bearish mode until this indicator reverses and signals other wise. This indicator has giving great signals using the 30dna along with the bullish percentage index. Signals are giving when the 30dma crosses the bullish percent index. Part 2 of the confirmation is the trendline break on the nasdaq composite itself. We are currently in a down trend.
