re: "Consistent high roe in past ten years"? I don't see that about CVD. The roe turns pear shaped only in recent years. If you go back 10 years, it's been consistently high. If the recent bad roe is because of temporary trouble, it will be a good buy when it reverts to mean. But you have a good point about consolidation. Need to do more digging...
