no doubt you know this is a Leonard Cohen song. And probly know this is Jeff Buckley. And perhaps know that as a young man, not long after singing this song, he walked into the river with his boots on and kept on walking and never came back... and probly you know that endears him to me ... youtube.com no one says it better it than Leonard. and no one sings it better than jeff... and what an achingly beautiful young man... who disappeared into the river.
