voters, ideas, and candidate messages are much more connected and available to voters thanks to the easy and instant distribution the internet provides. one does not have to attend rallies, town meetings, dinners, etc., to hear and see what the candidates say and project. availability of info is wide and deep, and it is so easy to contact friends/family to show it to them. politician's videos, articles, texts of speeches, talks, and interviews are so plentiful on the web that it can be challenging to find time for other things should one want to become better informed.
