Uh... Duke, Slashdotters everywhere will be more than slightly amused that a MSFT Militia shareholder thinks they're seeking some competitive advantage after being beaten fair and square in the marketplace. Particularly when the 'fair and square' in question is the DMCA and extentions to a hijacked open standard. --- You must actually be with MS's legal department.
