All: I'm not sure what this all means as news should clarify the end result of the new true share count. Would anyone care to elaborate on what effect a swap would have on NPEC as to it's holdings of 144 restricted shares. It appears to me that any transfer of these restricted NPEC/MDIN holdings would be devastating to NPEC. Any opinions? Babe'
