The definitive agreement news for Search Capital Group to aquire MS Financial came out late friday afternoon. Apparently there's more to this one than meets the eye, as only 13,700 shs have been exchanged. I would have expected a sizeble move, however, it appears that the aquisition news was made public in December, and that is why the stock skyrocketed from sub $1 to $5 within days. I'm not up on this stock, so correct me if I am wrong.
