That whole bit about voluntarily joining the military was amusing. O'Donnell used John Kerry as his model patriot? A guy who essentially was forced to join the Naval Reserves because his deferment request to grad school in Paris was rejected and he was going to be drafted into the army? A guy who took motion picture cameras to Vietnam to film his heroic activities, even if they were re-enactments? A guy who filed for purple hearts each time he got a scratch on his arm? A guy who lasted four months there before crawling home to lie about our soldiers and protest against our country? That's what Lawrence O'Donnell thinks Herman Cain should have done?
