Pat & All: The S3 is available on SEC.. Let's discuss this in some detail when a few folks have read it. My fears of a total of 1.2k shares being offered are now confirmed. The insider's are going to be selling a total of 671k shares continually soon on top of the 600k for the financing. Here is a paragraph.. ==================== " POSSIBLE VOLATILITY OF STOCK PRICE; SHARES ELIGIBLE FOR FUTURE SALE. The market price of the Company's Common Stock has been and may continue to be highly volatile. Future events, many of which will be beyond the control of the Company, as well as announcements related to technology and product development and collaborative arrangements and expected quarterly fluctuations in revenues and financial results, may have a significant impact on the market price of the Company's Common Stock. Future sales of Shares by the Selling Stockholders or by other current stockholders and by option holders and warrant holders who exercise Company stock options or warrants could have a depressive effect on the market price of the Company's Common Stock." ==================== Comments on the S3 please ... anyone ?
