Hi REAL JJ it is AMSWA's fully-owned subsidiary Logility that supplies SCM solutions and according to the techweb article management was considering selling part of the company to the public ...obviously AMSWA owners would benefit - but whether or not this is actually going to happen...AMSWA seems a bargain anyhow... 'other' JJ
