Hi Bruce,

Mr. Murphy does seem to be able to make deals happen. I really
like the incentive clauses as it keeps a division that runs into
problems from sitting on their hands letting the rest of the
company carry them. I also liked the lock-up of shares until
1 or 2 years from date of ISSUANCE. That is a huge difference
from the date of registration.
