They're still into chicken, ribs, and juice as far as I know. They still operate some restaurants in Texas, though I doubt ROTI will attain the 50 restaurant milestone they are after. As far as dilution, the letter did mention that upon share approval, additional capital for expansion will be required. Your guess is as good as mine as to what share dilution that will require, if any. Good luck if you are into this one,patience is the key.
