Dearest Mackie, You are absolutely correct regarding the filing number. They do not get a number until they start the filing process. AND YES I HAVE FILED WITH THE SEC BEFORE. GET A GRIP. THE WHOLE FILING PROCESS WITH THE SEC TAKES AT LITTLE AS 5 MINUTES WHEN TRANSMITTING VIA EDGAR. DON'T TWIST AND WIGGLE YOUR WORDS. WHAT I HAVE SAID REGARDING THE FILING PROCESS IS CORRECT. WHY DON'T YOU CALL THE SEC AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELF. I did not address your other points ("clues"). Regards,
