But ATLB has a tiny little float (less than 4 million), while SVRN has a humongous float of 159 million. If SVRN moves on inet hype, then I suppose UNBC should also move. They own Union Bank of California, which owns Bank@Home. Bank@Home just won a 5 star rating by PC Computing as being one of the best online banking systems in the country.
