We were discussing if ESVS diluted or not. Yes they did, but not for free as was suggested (ie, the stock was not given away, but paid for with ZULU stock). Since ZULU shareholders are trading in their stock for ESVS stock, there are now more shareholders, but a larger valued pie to divide, so individual shareholders in ESVS don't lose value in the transaction.

What remains to be seen now is how the market reacts to this in as it becomes wider knowledge.
