Hi Ken----With reference to your post I personally buy only for the long term. With taxes as they are it really doesnt pay to take short term profits particularly with respect to a company like HGSI. I have purchased stock as low as 13.50 two years ago and have purchased more at higher prices on the way up and on the way down including some this week in the low 40s. Retrospectively we all have had opportunities for trading profits but the only way to really make money is to focus on the long term. HGSI will be very rewarding IMHO to those long term investors who can focus on the future. This company has the possibility of being a "TEN BAGGER" as defined by market guru Peter Lynch. With the relationshps they have with their partners and the massive database of genes they have compiled and the implication of favorable patent rulings they stand to benefit more than any company in the world at the present time. Best of luck!!!
