Neil, Jean ... I've already unloaded a large portion of my position in LEG. All we get from them is hot air. They seem to be perpetually reorganizing, restructuring re-everything except make money, and that is the bottom line. A news item in the Wall Street Journal said that LEG had signed a contract with NCR for the WangDAT Model 3800 4mm digital audio tape drive, but the size of the order wasn't specified. The article also stated that NCR was Legacy's first OEM customer. As far as I can tell, LEG is selling off its System division (some of the assets of which have already been written off), re-structuring its Storage One business and will incorporate the SmartArray technology into the Tecmar business in Colorado. Legacy is certainly trying the patience of investors!
