20%. That is impressive. Congratulations, I remember looking at Protherics years ago following some posts of yours. This puzzled me though: The agreement will become effective upon the expiration of the Hart-Scott-Rodino waiting period in the US, which is anticipated early in 2006. I'm not familiar with that period. Can anyone enlighten? Ashley
