Just posing a question. What often looks like success, is in fact selective highlighting. As with all industries, there are always areas which have room for improvement. Simply pointing out a few areas where you have beaten the medium is not substantial information to conclude you are a superior service.

The fact that you resort to posting advertisements on a media such as this is a sure sign that your "advertising/marketing strategies" are at a critical stage. If your organization were half as successful as you would like one to believe, there would be more than adequate funding for a national marketing campaign that would leave very little interest in reaching customers by posting 'we did better' notices on SI.

>>As for percentage of "trading customers"...where are you getting your information???

Rather than flat out stating that the above issue is incorrect, you choose to poise a question that would lead others to believe I don't research before I opinionate. Therefore leaving the effect to the average reader that your customer base is enormous and you have your own fiber optic backbone to support the demand of heavy volume periods. Which, I am certain is not even remotely true. The truth is that most successful companies operate at 60-80% capacity. Otherwise they are not generating the revenue to cover overhead.

To be quite honest, I have not taken the time to research your companies performance. Nor do I plan to. From the information I've gathered thus far, I have seen no need.

It's been fun. May it be a learning experience for all.

Satalink.
