By-the-way, That S-8 was actually filed on Friday, May 8th with SEC. I'm sure some
inexperienced investors began to sell their shares as soon as they saw that filing on Friday,
Thus the reason for the stock weakness on Friday, Monday and today.

I guess we should take advantage and BUY as much we can before the close today because
if we don't, someone else will snatch up these temporarily depressed shares.
